Rise & Thrive - Gathering
is a warm, welcoming space for women entrepreneurs to gather, share, and grow. We believe in authentic connection, mutual support, and lifting each other up. Set your intention for the week, exchange ideas, and attract opportunities by surrounding yourself with kindness, encouragement, and like-minded energy.
What Makes Rise & Thrive Different
• Drop-in, not lifetime contracts: You can come when it fits your life. No mandatory weekly commitment, no guilt trips if you miss a session.
• Affordable: Many groups cost hundreds (or thousands) annually. Rise & Thrive is intentionally low-cost or free, keeping the barrier to entry small so more women can participate.
• Authentic referrals, not forced: Instead of mandatory “bring two referrals or else,” the expectation is: if someone’s business genuinely resonates with you, share it. Trust builds referrals naturally.
• A touch of woo-woo (in a good way): We acknowledge the power of mindset, intention setting, and law of attraction. Start your week with a little energy reset, not just a business card exchange.
• Skill-building woven in: Short tips on how to network meaningfully — things like asking better questions, following up gracefully, or building relationships instead of collecting contacts.
• Safe, supportive culture: This is not about “working the room.” It’s about kindness, encouragement, and creating an environment where women feel lifted, not judged.
• No exclusivity – if we have five bookkeepers, so be it! We believe in abundance, not scarcity. ________________________________________
Core Philosophy Rise & Thrive isn’t just networking — it’s about creating an authentic ecosystem of support.
Gather. Build. Thrive.
• Gather: come together, drop in when you can.
• Build: relationships, confidence, skills, referrals.
• Thrive: in business, in life, as part of a local women’s community.

Rise & Thrive - Co-working
Bring your laptop, notebook, or project. We set intentions together, work in focused silence, then share our progress. Perfect for business or personal tasks — from bookkeeping to decluttering digital photos. One hour, no distractions, just accountability and momentum to finally cross that thing off your list.
Similarities to Other Co-Working or “Get Stuff Done” Spaces
- Time set aside for focus: Like going to the library or a study hall, you’re blocking out distraction-free time just to work.
- Community presence: Similar to cafés or shared offices, you’re not alone — you’re surrounded by others who are working too. That shared energy can be motivating.
- Accountability by structure: Like professional co-working memberships or productivity clubs, there’s a rhythm: start together, work quietly, end together.
What Makes CVWC Co-Working Different
- No monthly rent, no contracts: You don’t have to rent a desk or sign up for an expensive membership. Just come when it fits.
- Structured but gentle accountability: We open with a quick 10-minute “set your intention,” then 45 minutes of quiet work, then close with 5 minutes of sharing (if you want). You decide how much you participate.
- Not just for laptops: Bring a notebook, sketchpad, receipts to sort, emails to answer on your phone, or even knitting. The focus is on progress, not on having the “right tech.”
- Supportive, women-centered environment: Unlike an anonymous café, you’re with other women who get it. There’s kindness and encouragement baked in.
- Affordable and accessible: No need to invest in office space or fancy equipment. This is meant to be approachable.
- Energy reset: It’s not just about ticking boxes. Starting with intention-setting helps shift your energy so you leave lighter, clearer, and more focused.
Core Philosophy
Co-working with CVWC is about building new habits of focus and accountability — while also being part of a community.
Gather. Build. Thrive.
Gather: come together in a shared space with the intention to focus.
Build: use the quiet time to make real progress — on your work, your confidence, and your habits.
Thrive: leave with a sense of accomplishment and connection, knowing you’re part of a community that celebrates progress, not perfection.
